Clarksville, Maryland
One of our favorite projects is this historic home in Clarksville, Maryland. The house built c. 1844, is a two-and-a-half story, five-bay by two-bay, rubble stone structure with quoins at the corners.
This project involved removing and replacing the existing 100-year-old roof, with new copper roofing, gutters, and downspouts.
Hand-turned copper is becoming more and more scarce in modern construction. We are one of the few companies in the Mid-Atlantic region who has access to the practitioners of this dying art.
