I can’t say enough good things about Olde Glory! Paul Ritter drove passed my house in November and recognized we had wind damage on our roof. We were in the middle of an interior house renovation and with the holidays approaching, we were too busy to think about our roof; however, knew getting a new roof was on our list.
In January I called their office and Paul called me back within a few minutes. He and another worker inspected our property and roof and we in fact did have damage from a storm we had a few months prior. As I never filed an insurance claim on our home, I was super nervous; however, Paul and the team, including Robin in the office, made the process seamless.
Paul was on top of every detail – we even had a large umbrella break during the storm and a shutter had been loose, and other “roofing lingo” that I didn’t understand, but they called our insurance company and spoke to them one on one to ensure every detail was covered.
When our roof was scheduled to be repaired, the Pandemic hit, and our project was on hold; however, once Olde Glory was able to get back into servicing their customers, our job was on top of the list to get done. I mention this as during the “shutdown”, Paul and Robin kept in weekly contact with me so I knew the status of my job — even if t was to tell me it might be a few more weeks.
Aside from all of that, my roof on a two-story home with 3 cathedral ceilings/roof including COMPLETE clean up (nails and all) was done in one full day. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine and the crew leader kept me updated when he saw me (they worked the job without any interruption of my day). In addition, Paul stopped out twice during the day to ensure things were running smoothly.
