Just a quick note to say “thank you” to the crew and to everyone at Olde Glory. Our roof looks fantastic! The crew did a great job and worked tirelessly to get it all done. Carmen stopped by to check in on everyone and the supervisor on site (I believe it was Tim?) was just as nice as could be. However, Paul Ritter has been, by far, the BEST salesperson we have EVER dealt with. I am in the HVAC business myself and understand the intricacies of sales and providing top notch customer service. We had a concern with a lack of drop cloths being used on Sunday when the crew returned without a supervisor. I placed a call to both Paul and Carmen. Carmen reacted immediately and said she would contact the head of the crew right away. Paul called back within a few minutes and was actually at our house Sunday afternoon, assisting in the clean up and making sure that there was no damage done to our deck and that all nails, staples and every scrap of trash had been picked up and all of the areas worked on had been blown off. Our house was in the EXACT same condition when they left as when they arrived, except we have a new roof!!!
During the process of the original house call that Paul made and actually scheduling the work, Tony and I got married. We were out of town and extremely busy leading up to our wedding and right afterwards. Paul needed a few things to happen with the insurance company and actually “took over” for Tony and I and spoke with the adjuster directly and even scheduled a time for the adjuster to come out. He went way above and beyond our expectations of “assistance” from beginning to end.
Olde Glory has done plenty of work in our neighborhood and we will highly refer them, particularly Paul, to any of our neighbors, relatives, and friends. We are beyond pleased and look forward to calling on Olde Glory and Paul again for future projects that are out of our abilities. Both Tony and I are actually in a bit of “shock” that no “additional work” was needed. We thought for sure that the “additional work” would add up to a few hundred dollars and that there would be all sorts of “rotten” plywood, etc that was not covered in the original quote. Imagine my surprise when I asked Tim “so, how many pieces of plywood do we need to replace?” and he said, “none, it all looks good”. What a refreshing experience!!!
Again, thank you and everyone at Olde Glory for taking such good care of our home and for running interference with our insurance company.
We sincerely look forward to recommending all of you to anyone we know!
